The Executive Health Examination (EHE) club is leaded by specialist doctors, special nurses, and qualified medical professionals to provide the high class medical examination and consultation service. We have the certified nurses and comfortable process to help you complete the whole examination. The laboratory examination results are provided promptly with accuracy. We have three packages of health examination (package A, B, and C). The EHE club also provide services including 64 slide CT, total body MRI examination and PET/CT. All of the services are provided by specialist doctors, and most of the examinations are completed in one day.

|
We provide the painless Gastric endoscope with intravenous sedation by anesthesiaist.

| Contraindication in general anesthesia |
1.Not fasting
2.Pathological obesity(body weight more than double ideal body weight, or body weight index more than 40)
3.disease of myocardial infarction in six months
4.Unstable angina
5.Severe arrhythmia
6.Severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or acute exacerbation attack.
7.airway anatomy anomaly
8.cerebral stroke or transient ischemic attack
9.allergy to the anesthetic drugs
10.age 75 years old and above
11.Other systemic disease, must be evaluated by anesthesiaist.

| PET CT Examination Notice |
| Prepare for Examination |
．Do Not eat 6 hours prior taking the exam; but a small amount of water is tolerable.
．People who are taking medicine to lower blood sugar, please notify the staff when making an appointment.
The appointment will be arranged in the afternoon, please take the medicine lower blood sugar in the morning on the appointment day
as usual. Patients, who are using insulin, please use it as usual.
．Avoid intensive exercise; because exercise will increase muscle intake in glucose, which will affect the accuracy of the examination.
．Please notify the staff if you are possibly pregnant or can not lie down still.
．Blood sugar must be examined first prior to the examination.
Blood sugar higher than 150 or whose blood sugar cannot be control by the medication, we recommend you make another
appointment.
．Examination Authorization is required.
．Prior to examination the injection of FDG medication is required (half-life is 109 minutes), which time limit is short and
extremely expensive, therefore, the patients must be sure to check in at Nuclear Medicine Department by the appointment time.
．If you cannot come to the exam by the appointment on time, please notify our staff 2 days ahead of the appointed time.
．For Taiwan citizen, please bring your Health Insurance IC card with you on the day of appointment and check in with Nuclear Medicine
Department.

| Examination Process |
．Fill out personal information and medical information.
．Measure height, weight, and blood sugar.
．Change into examination clothes.
．Before injection please drink 400-600 CC water.
．People who are taking examination must have a iv cath, and we will see the condition to determine whether to have intravenous drip
(People who cannot drink water).
．Please get FDG shot at the injection room, after taking the shot please lie down quietly in the injection room for about 45-60 minutes,
take a rest and get whole body relax, keep an quiet and relax emotion to maintain the quality of images.
．Please take 200 CC water prior the examination begin, before starting to scan, please go to restroom in order to avoid affect of the
examination result.
．Medicine will egests with urine, if you suspect the clothes is polluted by the medicine, please notify the staff, we will get you a new
examination clothes to avoid an erroneous diagnosis.
．Please lie down relax, keep normal breathe while the scan is in progress, nervous and muscle tension are going to affect the
examination results, total examination time is about 40 minutes.
．The temperature of the air conditioner in the examination room have to cooperate with instruments, if you feel the temperature is
uncomfortable for you, our staff will adjust it to accommodate your need.

| Post Examination Notices |
．Please wait a few minutes after the examination, physicians will evaluate the images to determine whether or not you need to take
delay radiography. The technician will arrange time for the delay radiography.
．After examination, people who had examination still got little radiation active; please drink more water make radiation matters emit
with urine.
．10 hours after radiation matter injection, internal radiation is close to background value. After being injected, please avoid get in touch
with children under age 5 or pregnant women in a short distance, according to radiation protection principles.
．Please return to original OPD 7 days after examination.
